We ask that you please include your account number with your payment for proper credit to your account.
Office hours: 7:00 am-4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Our drive thru for paying your bill is located at the main office at 210 West Main Street, with traffic flow entering from SandMountain Drive South and exiting onto West Main Street. We ask that you please have your bill with you as you pay in the drive thru. There is also an after-hours payment box available, located in the left lane of the drive thru on the building wall.
There is a large parking area located on the east side of the main office building, in addition to parallel parking spots in front of the building directly off of Main Street.
Bill payments, customer transfers and other billing transactions all take place at this location during regular business hours (7:00 am - 4:00 pm).

We have three kiosks with 24/7 access at our main office for your convenience.
Two are located in the lobby and one outside in the drive-thru. Onscreen instructions are provided and are simple and easy to follow.
You will need your account numbers, or if you have your bill, you can scan the kiosk barcode to access your account. Kiosks accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. Coins are not accepted. Change is not given at these machines, so any overage will be applied to your account. There is no extra cost to use this service.
