Billing and Paying Your Bill

Billing is based on monthly usage, which is shown on your statement from MUB. Payment can be made Online, by Phone, mail, in our office, or after hours in our night depository (located on the side of the main office building under the drive through). We ask that you please include your account number with your payment for proper credit to your account. If you are interested in the Bank Draft program please contact our office. Office hours:  7:30am-4:30pm, Monday thru Friday.   Our drive thru for paying your bill is located at the main office at 210 West Main Street, with traffic flow entering from Sand Mountain Drive South and exiting onto West Main Street.  We ask that you please have your bill with you as you pay in the drive thru.  There is also an after-hours payment box available, located in the left lane of the drive thru on the building wall. There is a large parking area located on the east side of the main office building, in addition to parallel parking spots in front of the building directly off of Main Street. Bill payments, customer transfers and other billing transactions all take place at this location during regular business hours (7:30 am - 4:30 am).
